1st walk of the year


Hehehe.. nearby only. For almost 45 mins. Ok for a start. To many more exercising. :) with different types of exercising. What i can think to add ons are:
1. Weight lifting
2. Skipping
3. Zumba

For all these years i focused mainly on brisk walking, jogging, and stretching. :)
