Yup. After having it for 10 years, this year i am bidding good bye to our first house. We already had the agreement signed last wednesday. We have considered to sell it as we already bought a new landed house here in klang. Tapi of course the process will take at least a year lah kan. Mmg quite headache lagi2 bila i am not working anymore. Nak byr monthly to thw bank and nak cari org sewa if takde tenant and maintenace lagi. Takpelah. Think positive. Ok. To the house, love ya! Walaupun kita tak pernah duduk and stay situ, tapi i will still remember u as the first house i bought. Tq.
